Government

There are three levels of government in Nova Scotia. They are:

• Federal Government: Governs all of Canada (also referred to as Government of Canada). The federal government is divided into many departments called Ministries. • Municipal Government: Each community in Nova Scotia has a municipal government, responsible for local services.
